DOS Evaluation Services Manager

SSG is seeking qualified candidates for a home-office Manager for an upcoming Department of State (DOS) evaluation Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The Evaluation Services Manager will provide managerial, technical direction, and overall guidance to project teams. Duties also include developing evaluation plans, approaches, and methods; conducting literature/desk studies, data collection, field work and analysis, briefings; and advising project personnel. The Manager will be based in SSG’s Burlington, VT or Washington, DC office.   The purpose of the IDIQ is to provide technical and advisory services in support of DOS program evaluation requirements including conducting performance and impact evaluation, surveys, studies, analyses, data collection, as well as providing M&E training and capacity building worldwide. These services are crucial for the new program design and measuring the success of new programs and building the evaluation capacity of DOS employees in domestic Bureaus, overseas Embassies, and other operating units as well as of their partners.


Private Sector Engagement Specialist For The Thailand Counter Trafficking In Persons (CTiP) Project

SSG Advisors seeks candidates for a Private Sector Engagement Specialist (PSES) for a  multi-year USAID-funded project to counter human trafficking. The PSES will lead efforts to identify and develop sustainable, impactful private sector partnerships in  Thailand to reduce the prevalence of trafficking in persons. The vision of success for this  position is that, through private sector engagement and partnership development, the PSES will help reduce the demand for, and use of, exploitative labor among recruiters,  businesses, and employers in Thailand.
